The role of Support Analyst will involve a 80/20 split between office based and field based IT Support around the Central London area.
As Support Analyst you will have mature support & troubleshooting skills across technologies such as Windows Server and Client operating systems, MacOS/iOS, Azure or AWS familiarity, Office 365 and basic network troubleshooting skills. You will have outstanding client facing ability and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will have a natural flair for technology and the ability to troubleshoot methodically. You will have a flexible approach to work and a desire to develop your career in IT.
A+, Network+, MCITP, MCSA certifications are advantageous.
